1. Carbonated drinks

2. Processed foods
Most processed foods have bare minimum nutritional value but pack a lot of stuff that the body does not need. They load the body with LDL and triglycerides while robbing it of the fiber it needs from the food. Replacing foods like refined flour, refined sugar, cold cuts, salad dressings with vegetables, whole grains, and fruits will have a better and more desirable impact on diabetes patients.
